1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NanoPulse services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

NanoPulse provides lead generation services through various advertising channels including social media platforms, search engines, and other digital marketing channels. Our services are designed to help businesses identify and connect with qualified prospects.

3. Pricing and Payment

Our services are offered on a per-lead basis with pricing varying by advertising channel:

• Standard (Social Media): $40 per qualified lead
• Premium (Search Engine): $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise (Multi-Channel): $60 per qualified lead

Payment terms will be established in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable except as specifically outlined in our refund policy.

4. Lead Quality and Verification

We guarantee that all leads provided meet the criteria specified in your service agreement. Each lead undergoes verification processes to ensure accuracy and relevance. If a lead does not meet the agreed criteria, we will provide a replacement lead or issue a refund for that specific lead.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate targeting criteria and requirements
• Responding to leads in a timely manner
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining the confidentiality of lead information

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data. Lead information is provided exclusively to the client and is not shared with third parties. All data handling complies with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

NanoPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations must be fulfilled, and any prepaid fees for undelivered services will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to NanoPulse services remain the property of NanoPulse. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
